For only $30 per guest, your event will be served a variety of authentic bites: mini Banh Mi, Bao Bun, Asian Slider, vermicelli salad cup or Rice Paper Roll, and pork fried spring roll, with a choice of Crispy Pork, BBQ Chicken, or Lemongrass Beef. A well-balanced and flavourful menu designed to impress.

Rice Paper Roll Platter

Fresh and light rice paper rolls filled with pickled carrot, lettuce, cucumber, and vermicelli noodles. Available with your choice of crispy pork & prawn, lemongrass beef, BBQ chicken, or plain chicken or tofu. Perfect for sharing, each platter contains 20 pieces.

Mini Banh Mi Platter

Baked mini rolls filled with pickled carrot, lettuce, coriander, spring onion, red onion, fresh chilli, homemade mayo and pate. Available with mixed choice of crispy pork, lemongrass beef, BBQ chicken or tofu. Perfect for sharing, each platter contains 20 pieces.

Steamed Bao Bun Platter

Soft, fluffy bao buns filled with pickled carrot, lettuce, coriander, spring onion, red onion, fresh chilli, and homemade mayo. Available with your choice of crispy pork, lemongrass beef, BBQ chicken, or tofu. Perfect for sharing, each platter contains 20 pieces.
